Rossendale residents are being urged to join a new citizens panel to help shape local decision making and improve council services.
Members of the panel will be inivted to complete up to four surveys a year for Rossendale Council and will receive feedback on how their views and opinions have been used.
They will also be entered into a draw to win one month’s free council tax each time they complete a survey.
People need to be over 18, live in Rossendale and complete a short on-line application to join the panel.
